School Shoes Project 2021
The Angel Foundation is extremely proud of our School Shoes Project! This project exists as a heartfelt-connector between The Angel Foundation and our young children in need of new pairs of school shoes.
Our aim is to keep little feet warm and in school. This year we have handed out over 200 pairs of school shoes just in time to beat the winter chills. To find out how to donate, please feel free to contact our office.
Food Project
Forming part of our give-back projects is the Food Project. Through this project we are able to hand out food hampers to our neighbours, to especially help curb the hunger which was brought on by the COVID19 pandemic.
We are proud to say that through this project we have been able to help over 230 families in the Heidedal and broader Mangaung community. If you would like to form part of this initiative or would like to donate, please feel free to contact our office.
Sanitary Towel Drive
This project exists for the girl child. The Angel Foundation envisions a future where no girl child remains hopeless or out of school due to the lack of sanitary towels. Since 2016 we have been able to raise over 10 000 sanitary towels to assist our girls in need.
Our motto is "No more period poverty!". Help us, help our girls! We run this project monthly and therefore donations are accepted throughout the year. If this is a project you would like to get involved in, please feel free to contact our office.
Fairytale Project
The Fairytale project exists for those matric students who are without the means to attend their matric farewell function. The Angel Foundation saw this need and therefore decided, that no matriculant should miss out on this special day due to a lack of funds. This project runs from our Angel Foundation dress bank, which consists of over 120 formal dresses to choose from.
It is with the help of kind "Fairy god-parents" that students are treated to a full make-over including make-up, hair and even receives a stylish car to take them to their matric farewell.
